I don’t know why they use the word Zoo, but I think it is because they are a different kind of” animal” in the affiliate marketing space since they allow you to get paid through many other options, including PayPal, cheque, and wire transfer.

JVZoo started in 2011 because they saw a need to change the entire market.

How to Start Making Money with JVZoo

First, you need to set up an account, which is free.

You do it by heading to https://www.jvzoo.com/auth/register and filling out all the details.

Then, you will receive an email asking you to verify that you want to join them.

Next, you must log in and fill out your account details to get paid. NOTE: JVZoo offers its service, JVPay, to allow you to get paid.

Choosing an Offer to Promote

Choosing an offer on JVZoo can be challenging if you don’t know your way around the marketplace.

You start by going to the affiliate dashboard on the left and then click Find a Product on the far right of your screen.

The three products you see on the top on a blue background are promoted; they are ads.

Products with white backgrounds are not ads, except the one with the lightbulb on the top.

To start promoting an offer, click on the button to the far right named Request Approval.

You can use several filters to find a product that will be an excellent match for you and your audience. Before you request approval to promote it, I recommend clicking on the product name to the left to get all the details.

In the overview, you will see how many units are sold of a specific product, the earnings per click (requires that you have an email list), the average price people pay, the commission you will make, and the refund rate.

All of them matter. You want to find a product with as little refund rate as possible but also with a decent number of sales. I recommend at least 100 deals within the last 30 days.
