Who Dave Sharpe Is and Why You Should Listen to Him
Dave Sharpe is the creator of Legendary Marketer.
He has worked as a construction worker tried out MLM before he found success in affiliate marketing. At least that is the story he tells you.
Of course, he also tells you that he struggled with drug addiction and how Dave crashed on his dad’s couch, begging him to get a job as a construction worker, before starting his marketing journey to make his from riches to rags story complete.
I know it might sound harsh, but that is good copywriting and is not something I have got verified through independent sources.
However, he is a very talented marketer and a highly likable guy, so don’t let that scare you away from joining his program.
Here are five reasons why I think you should listen to him:
- He doesn’t tell you that you will join his program today, and be filthy rich by this time tomorrow. That is true. It took me two and a half years before I made my first sale online.
- He does tell you that in order to succed with affilite marketing you need the right tools, which is true.
- Dave will tell you what you need to do, and when you need to do it in his training videos.
- Dave has made millions online by teaching other people how to make money online, which doesn’t make him unique.
- He does teach you a lot of things in a highly structured way that are useful to affiliate marketing and in sales in general.

The Good Things with Legendary Marketer
Since this is a review, I will begin by covering the good things before I share the things I don’t like about Legendary Marketer, and there are a couple of them. NOTE: I can’t show you how it looks inside the program since this is prohibited.
Here are the things I like about Legendary Marketer:
- Instant access to the program. Once you join, you will get immediate access.
- You will get a personal coach to guide you during the first two weeks after you joined the program. It is not Dave himself, but other coaches who will help you. I really like the personal touch it brings to the program, and they will help you by answering all your questions.
- You will get access to one video per day. It is not overwhealming, and you will get “homework” that you need to do on every single day. It helps create momentum, and help you build your business.
- You don’t have to sign up for other software right away.
- Your coach will even help you with LLC-formations, if you are based in the US, or Canada.
- You will get access to four different models to make money online, if you decide to upgrade to the entire course after the first two weeks. As soon as they update one model, they will give you full access without any additional payments.
- It is cheap to join. It is free to create the account, and then only $7 for the first two weeks.
These are all the good things, but before I give you a link, I will share what I don’t like about Legendary Marketer.
The Bad Things About Legendary Marketer
If you have read my review so far, I have shared the good things about this program, but there are some things that I think they could have done better.
Here is the list of the things I don’t like about Legendary Marketer:
- You need to spend about $8 for a domain name, and then signing up to two other services that will cost you an additional $100/month to make it work. The blog you’re reading right now cost me less than that.
- It does take time to set up everything. If you’re not technical, however, there are both training videos inside of the programs, chat support, and you can ask your coach for help.
- There are upsells, and I would recommend that you purchase the Copywriters Playbook for $47 if you have never made money online, since that is the only one I think you could join.
- All their blueprints, especially the coaching and consultant blueprint is expensive.
- You can get additional help after the first two weeks, but then it comes with a price tag of $97.

To make Legendary Marketer work, here are the things you need:

- An autoresponder to send emails to the list you’re building.

In Legendary Marketer, they do teach you organic (“free”) traffic methods, as well as paid ones.
